When searching for an item on the Office Depot website, you must be logged on to the OGR Office Depot website, https://business.officedepot.com as a user to see OGR’s special pricing! If you happen to be looking on the Office Depot public website you will not see the OGR special pricing.

OGR’s Core List of Items – deeply discounted pricing on office, breakroom and janitorial supplies most preferred by members. This list will be reviewed and updated on a quarterly basis, ensuring your changing buying habits are always included. Get the core list directly by going to “My Shopping Lists” on the OGR/Office Depot website.

All items on the OGR Office Depot website are discounted.  The core list represents the “best value” items with the deepest discounts. You will receive additional discounts off the retail prices on over 11,500 products.

Immediate rebate – above and beyond the discounts mentioned above, you are entitled to an immediate rebate (point of sale rebate) on each and every delivery order of $50 or more (delivery items only).

Sign-up process – you can sign-up two different ways.

• Complete the Sign-up Form and fax the required information to Maureen Hayes at OGR, (217) 532-9344. She will have you up and running in one day.
• Go to the OGR Office Depot website at https://business.officedepot.com where you can input the necessary information online (secure portal). You are then immediately authorized to begin purchasing online. It will take a day or two before you can go into a retail store for purchases simply due to getting your chosen credit card linked within the Office Depot system.

Using your confidential Log-in and Password, you order directly from Office Depot. Once you are signed on as a user, you will receive an information packet explaining the ordering process and how to use the Office Depot website.

Payment method – the preferred method of paying for merchandise is by using your chosen credit card - as indicated during the sign-up process.  If you object to linking a credit card to the account, you may request to be direct billed by Office Depot.

Store Purchasing Card – enjoy your Member savings when you shop at any Office Depot Store.

Purchase options – once signed up for the program, you may make purchases however you wish, via the Internet at https://business.officedepot.com, in-store store, or through the catalog and a faxed order.
